8. Do you have any hazardous advocation? (Aviation, Parachuting, Scuba Diving)
Based on your information, I will give you a personal quote complete with the Insurance Companies Underwriter's rating. THE RATING is PARAMOUNT. Important this is not available direct from the Internet
Rating Example: Super Preferred non-smoker, Preferred non smoker, Standard non-smoker, any Class Rating such as Table 2,4,6,through 12
Rating Example: Super Preferred smoker, Preferred Smoker, same as all of the above non-smoker status'.
Notice: No social security number, drivers license number, birth place, mother's maiden name, highest level of school attended, graduate: yes or no, how long at this address, previous address, present employer and for how long employed there, any pending court situations, bankruptcy etc.
